Murrayfield table tennis star Colin Dalgleish gets in some practice ahead of the club’s open retro style tournament which will see sandpaper bats being used on Saturday, November 15 at the Royal High School.

Players of all ages are eligible to enter for what is a regional qualifier for the Sky TV World Championship of Ping Pong in London.

Club official Charlie Ellis says the main focus will be on participation, with all entrants guaranteed a large number of games.
