Edinburgh University Ladies are on the road again tomorrow, the Division One hockey pace-setters visiting second-top Dundee Wanderers.

The tough encounter follows a come-from-behind 1-1 draw with another Dundee side, Grove Menzieshill, at Peffermill last Sunday.

All three teams are on seven points but Grove’s goal difference is plus four against Wanderers’ total of plus nine and Edinburgh’s of plus 12.

Sam Judge, the students’ player/coach, believes there is room for improvement as she awaits the entry of two new, experienced players.

Meanwhile, Watsonians Ladies, who are ninth from ten in Division One look to get off the mark. They host seventh-placed CALA Edinburgh at Peffermill (4pm) and sixth-placed Kelburne at 12.15pm on Sunday.

There are no men’s Division One fixtures because of District Championships.
