IF a slice of Soul Heaven tempts your musical taste buds, then The Green Room is the place to be on Saturday night when Kenny ‘Dope’ Gonzalez takes to the decks.

The three times Grammy-winning DJ started out at Brooklyn block parties in 1985, when he was only 15.

Later, his collaborations with Louie Vega formed Masters At Work, Nu Yorican Soul and sealed theirs and his superstardom.

So you can expect as perfect a set as you can get with deep, soulful house and disco with a hip-hop attitude, all courtesy of Dope’s fast fingers.

The Master At Work will be joined by Edinburgh’s very own house masters Craig Smith, Hobbes and John ‘Tokyo Blue’ Hutchison, who says, “I am very happy to be doing another Soul Heaven party with Kenny. It is always great to do something big on my home turf.

“We’ve always found Scotland to have one of the best crowds in the world.

“I do parties internationally with residences in Ibiza, London & Miami but it’s Edinburgh Soul Heaven for which I have a soft spot.”
