“The band will be playing hits from their whole career as well as from their most recent number one album, Keep The Village Alive. It is sure to be a cracker of a night up there.”

Over the years, Edinburgh Castle has played host to many international stars such as Rod Stewart, Blondie, Elton John, The Proclaimers, Tom Jones, Leonard Cohen and Pink.

The band’s new album, written and produced by frontman Kelly Jones, pictured right, follows the acclaimed 2013 platinum release Graffiti On The Train, which sold over 300,000 copies in the UK.

Since winning a Brit Award in 1998 for Best New Group, Stereophonics have developed a sound that is like few others.
