The fast food giant is reopening selected stores across the country today.

McDonald’s is set to reopen several stores across Scotland at 11am this morning.

It comes after the country entered “Phase One” of its lockdown easing strategy, that allows restaurants to reopen under certain conditions.

In line with the new restrictions, the US-based company will only operate the drive-thru sections of its restaurants, allowing customers and staff to maintain appropriate social distancing.

McDonald’s is set to reopen several stores across Scotland at 11am this morning.

The fast food giant will also be operating a significantly reduced menu.

Which McDonald’s are opening in Edinburgh and the Lothians?

These are the four restaurants reopening in the region from today - as drive-thru only:

Livingston McDonald’s - Almondale Avenue, EH54 6QX Bathgate McDonald’s - Whitburn Road, West Lothian, EH48 2RA Forth Road Bridge McDonald’s - Builyeon Road, South Queensferry, EH30 9YJ Newbridge McDonald’s - Newbridge Industrial Estate, EH28 8LQ
