There are big changes coming to Edinburgh in the next few years, and these are some of the most expensive and wide-reaching developments in the pipeline.

Some of the city’s most well-known areas are seeing a massive injection of cash as developers build large mixed-use developments.

These projects, including the controversial St James Quarter, will add thousands of homes across the Capital, with a particular emphasis on the city centre.
