Managers at Castle Terrace, The Kitchin and Restaurant Martin Wishart are all celebrating after their establishments were included in the Good Food Guide’s top 50 list for 2017.

And Aizle, also based in Edinburgh, has emerged as a new entry to the guide after writers and reviewers praised the restaurant for sustainability and its use of seasonal and local ingredients.

Restaurant Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles has been crowned Scotland’s top-scoring eatery, ranking at number nine in the UK-wide list.
