Children in Scotland have been back at school since August 11 following a prolonged break due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Despite the recent return, the first term break of the academic year is approaching.

The September half-term marks the halfway point in the Autumn term, but varies by council, with some overlooking the September half-term altogether.

Midlothian Council
