Chinese seek health advice

CHINESE health officials have visited an Edinburgh hospital for advice on setting up eating disorder services.

The delegation from Chongqing Municipal Health Bureau attended Huntercombe Hospital on a fact-finding mission.

Hospital manager Diane Whiteoak said: “They were certainly extremely inquisitive, and wanted to gain information about everything from how to set up an eating disorder service, to what treatments are available and how the NHS worked.”
