Coronavirus vaccination in Scotland: These are the 10 Scottish areas with the lowest vaccination rates

These are the 10 local authority areas in Scotland with the lowest vaccination per population rates.

According to Scottish government data, as of May 18, 3,045,152 people had received their first dose of the vaccine, while 1,669,469 people had received their second dose.

The list is ordered by per cent of the population vaccinated; areas with a large population have vaccinated much higher numbers of people but their rates per population are lower on average.

Here are the 10 local authorities in Scotland with the lowest vaccine rates up to May 17.
