HIGH street favourite Slug and Lettuce have rolled out a new refreshed and refined menu across its pubs in the Capital , with several additions and the launch of new offers to tempt any pocket and palate.
With an ever-growing demand for dishes which can be shared or offer a lighter bite, Slug and Lettuce at Omni Centre and on George Street have expanded their selection of small plates with the addition of crispy friend jalapeno slices served with paprika, sour cream and cured meat antipasti.
Small plates can also be shared, tapas-style, for at a cost of £18 for five dishes.
Also launched this month is a new Sweet & Petite segment, which offers a selection of desserts, including cookie crumb profiteroles drizzled in chocolate flavoured sauce, and zesty lemon and lime tart wedges. Perfect for picking, at £5 for two.
Finally, the bars’ drink menu has been updated with the new Skinny Prosecco.
The Gancia Leggero Prosecco has 75% less sugar and is the father of Italian sparkling wine.
Throughout the week, bars will also offer special deals including their Happy Mondays promotion which sees 50% off food all day, and Wine Down Wednesday, with selected bottles of wine at £12.
Other deals include £5 lunches from Monday to Friday, and a Burger and Drink for just £7 on Monday and Tuesday .
Wine and Dine, from Monday to Friday, meanwhile offers a bottle of house wine and three small plates for £20.
