Funeral fundraiser set up for Scottish dad who dropped dead just days before Christmas
Relatives of a man who died suddenly just days before Christmas have set up a gofundme page to raise money for his funeral.
Jim Wilkie, from Kirkcaldy, dropped dead unexpectedly on 11 December leaving behind a partner of 19 years, Helen, and their four children.
It is understood the 36-year-old suffered two heart attacks in a row before collapsing and dying suddenly.
Helen’s brother, George Lindsay, and his wife Laura have since set up a fundraiser to help the family cover Jim’s funeral costs following his tragic death.
