The Gannet, Glasgow

A romantic and welcoming restaurant space that feels distinctly European in the heart of Glasgow’s West End, The Gannet has perfected the art of relaxed fine dining.

The Table, Edinburgh

One of Edinburgh’s most understated gourmet restaurants, you really have to be looking to spot The Table - an unusual establishment with just 10 seats and one service per night.

Because of the amount of fresh and local produce used, dishes can change by the season and even daily.

Glenapp Castle, Ayrshire

The six course dining menu at Glenapp Castle changes every night, but is always delicious and exciting.

All of the fish and shellfish used are line-caught or hand-dived off Scotland's west coast, and the game comes from local estates across Ayrshire. The restaurant’s beef, lamb, and pork are farmed only 17 miles from Glenapp Castle.

Six by Nico, Glasgow and Edinburgh

New kids on the block, Six by Nico originated in Glasgow, but opened their Edinburgh restaurant in March this year.

They only offer a set six-dish tasting menu, and its theme changes every six weeks. The restaurants are currently serving Willy Wonka-inspired plates, but have cooked up all manner of innovative menus in the past, including a Disney theme and a New York City theme.
