At Civerinos on Hunter Square and Forrest Road, as well as their famous New York-style wood-fired pizzas and modern Italian street food, the new summer menu includes amazing dessert calzones to die for featuring a range of chocolate fillings from popular chocolate bars. You can choose from a range of fillings including their famous Toblerone and Walnut.

While the Toblerone and walnut calzone (£12) is currently proving the most popular, not far behind is the Chocolate Orange version (£12). Or maybe you'd prefer to find Nutella and mascarpone (£10) in yours? Other choices include Wispa and raspberry (£12) and Mint Aero and vanilla (£12). All are for two or more to share and are served with a pot of vanilla cream.

If that sounds just a little too rich for your taste buds then why not try another traditional Italian dessert, Italian Zeppole, hot doughnuts served with cinnamon sugar. Either way, it appears the deep fried Mars Bar has finally met its match.

Civerinos are open 7 days a week until very late every evening for the month of August only.
