'Dirty' street food restaurant offering Wagyu burgers and roast beef Monster Munch milkshakes set to open in Leith

A restaurant promising foodies in Edinburgh 'the greatest Wagyu burger in the universe...excluding Earth' is set to take up residence on Duke Street in Leith.

Dirty is Leith's latest street food establishment and will serve up a selection of finger foods and cheap eats starting this Saturday.

The restaurant's concept is based on the Smashburger chain in the United States, but offering Wagyu beef, which is a Japanese cattle breed.

While Wagyu burgers are the focus on their store front, they will also serve up wild boar dogs, ribs, wings, and loaded fries.

There is also several options for vegans including dirty vegan burgers, wings, and popcorn 'chicken'.

Also on the menu is a range of milkshakes including a unique roast beef Monster Munch flavoured one, as well as classic sweet treat ones like Mint Aero and Crunchie.

Dirty will be open Tuesday - Friday from 5pm until 11pm and at weekends from 12pm until 11pm.
