Edinburgh chef Tom Kitchin launches new YouTube channel to inspire families to cook during lockdown
With going out to restaurants off the cards an Edinburgh chef has come up with a way to inspire families with how to cook restaurant quality food at home.
Last week Michelin-starred Edinburgh chef, Tom Kitchin launched a YouTube channel to show budding chefs and families to cook some top dishes.
Dishes currently on the channel show Tom and his family cooking up sausage and red pepper casserole, fish tray bake, crispy pork belly, cullen skink and Asian poached chicken in a noodle broth.
The talented chef is currently starring on the 19th series of Masterchef as a guest judge.
