The brewery team have also created a special beer to cheers to one year.

The exclusive brew, ‘Rasp-beery Birthday Cake Stout’, was created by Cold Town Beer’s Alix Blease and Luke Bryant and took over two months to perfect.

Jamie Napier, General Manager at Cold Town House said: “Over the past 12 months, Cold Town House has welcomed guests from all around the world, held some amazing parties, celebrated and commiserated over sporting results and hosted many a beer on the roof terrace in snow, rain and sunshine.

“On Saturday 7 March we will be raising a pint of our limited-edition Rasp-beery Birthday Cake Stout to one year. The special brew is sweet and creamy and unique compared to anything we’ve created before. The sumptuous maltiness is matched with jammy raspberry, notes of fresh vanilla and rounded off with a white chocolate coating.”
