German Doner Kebab prepares to open second spot in Edinburgh less than four months after it made its debut on Lothian Road

The rapidly expanding chain is opening restaurant number two in the Capital

German Doner Kebab is on track to open a second Edinburgh hotspot following the success of its Capital debut in November last year.

The Lothian Road branch has enjoyed a successful three months glitzy launch night, starring Peaky Blinders actor Packy Lee and Love Island favourite Anton Danyluk and is now preparing to open its second venue in Waverley Mall.

They offer a selection of healthy kebab foods

“The iconic Waverley Mall has long been in our sights for a restaurant and when the opportunity presented itself, we jumped at the opportunity.

“The success of our Lothian Road restaurant has blown us away and it is our hope that we can replicate that once we open our doors to our second Edinburgh site.”

Their menu offers fresh and healthy kebabs, wraps, quesadillas, burgers and doner boxes as well as a selection of sides including flaming fries, doner nachos and doner spring rolls.

The chain is listed as one of the UK’s fastest growing restaurant chains, with 40 outlets already opened throughout the past two years.
