A MAGICAL job has been advertised in the Capital - as potion master at a wizard-themed bar.

The successful applicant will be able to bring patrons of the Cauldron in Frederick Street under their spell with their mixology skills.

An online ad for the £9-an-hour role reads: "Being a fan of fantasy, science fiction and being an overall geek isn't essential but definitely advantageous."

The bar is billed as an immersive experience combining science and technology with magic and fantasy.

Guests are encouraged to don a robe and will use The Cauldron's specially crafted wands to open doors, turn on lights and change cocktails.

Bosses are looking for "a charismatic, entertaining and hard working individual with a strong flair for story telling with a touch of the dramatic."

The role entails guiding customers through their potion making experience - offering guidance, assistance and service.

"Previous experience working with cocktails, floor work, table service, working to tight timekeeping, good organisation and having a bold personality is essential for this role," reads the ad.
