As part of the campaign, up to 10,000 adults will receive a free 60-minute swimming lesson at 50 pools across the UK.

In Scotland, the lessons will take place in Edinburgh’s Ainslie Park and Virgin Active in the city’s Omni Centre. The lessons will also be held at Virgin Active Lanarkshire.

TV presenters Gethin Jones and Kirsty Gallacher and swimmers Siobhan-Marie O’Connor and Michael Jamieson launched the new Dive In campaign with swimwear brand Speedo.
