Cyber Week: Christmas Shopping at Harvey Nichols
The luxury retailer is unveiling its Christmas windows along with festive promotions from Monday 23rd November, where shoppers can expect up to 40% off fashion and 10% off beauty during the week – making it the perfect time to treat yourself and get a head-start on your Christmas shopping.
The facades at the St Andrew Square shop have been designed to spread some much-needed cheer during the holiday season with a pared-back colour scheme in shimmering mirror and silver, highlighting messages written in beaming bright lights.
A tongue-in-cheek neon ‘BAH HUMBUG’ is adorned with star motifs, twinkling mirror balls and blinking lights with bars of silver and platinum bursting from either side. A further message looks positively to the future, simply stating ‘BRING ON 2021’.
“2020 has been a year unlike any other. We’ve come up with a concept that looks forward to the New Year, whilst also reflecting the sentiment that many of us are feeling at present. All done with Harvey Nichols’ sense of humour that we hope will raise a smile in passers-by,” explains Janet Wardley, Head of Visual Display at Harvey Nichols.
The promotional activity in Harvey Nichols Edinburgh kicks off from Monday 23rd November and lasts until Monday 30th November, with some incredible deals to be had throughout the store.
In store, customers are guaranteed the world-famous brand’s signature warm welcome, with customers’ safety of the utmost importance.
“With Covid safety measures in place throughout the store, including social distancing and hand sanitiser stations, we hope to be able to spread a little cheer during the festive season as we look forward to celebrating Christmas, Hogmanay and a brighter 2021.” explains Louise Masson, Store General Manager at Harvey Nichols Edinburgh.
“Following the current Scottish Government restrictions, our Forth Floor dining remains open with delicious all-day dining options and refreshments to keep customers going while browsing the store.”

And the Christmas magic doesn’t end there: Harvey Nichols is delighted to promote homelessness charity Social Bite’s Festival of Kindness which launched on Thursday, November 26. When purchasing tasty treats from the Foodmarket, why not add some mince pies or a Christmas pudding for someone in need? There will be collection points at St Andrew Square as part of the aim to create a movement of kindness to spread festive goodwill to those who need it most.
