Robertson Central has been appointed principal construction contractor for redevelopment work at Raeburn Place in Stockbridge.

Once completed, the renewed ground will provide “first-class facilities” open to all, including changing rooms, rugby pitch and purpose-built gym – and even a Museum of International Rugby.

David Newlands, chairman of the Raeburn Place Foundation, said: “This is an exciting moment for everyone who has been involved in the planning of this project.”
