EDINBURGH city centre has faced fresh criticism for its lack of parking spaces - from ex-Scotland captain Barry Ferguson.
He was left struggling to find a spot after driving through from Glasgow to do his Christmas shopping.
And even when he did land a place, his plans were left in ruins thanks to yesterday’s £80,000 handbags raid at Louis Vuitton in Multrees Walk.
Ferguson, now Clyde boss, reportedly said: “I came all the way through to get my wife something. Unbelievable, man. I hate coming through here as well.
“It took me half an hour to get parked.”
