Car firm signs lease on site

A new branch of Fairdeal Autos has opened in the west of Edinburgh.

The firm has signed a ten-year lease for the site on Fords Road. It is a second branch for the business, which has been based in Bathgate since 1995.

Craig Watson of Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented landlord JB Mackenzie Holdings, said: “In Edinburgh there is very little available industrial stock of this size especially with a secure yard which helped us capture a tenant quickly.”
