A chance for musical youth

YOUNG people are to be given the chance to explore the archives at the School of Scottish Studies this summer and use their findings as inspiration to create new music.

Edinburgh Youth Gaitherin, which is running the project with support from Creative Scotland, will invite people aged 16 to 25 to take part.

Coordinator Charlotte Murray said: I can’t wait to start working with the young people and see the material they come up with.”
