Chris Hoy celebrates baby’s homecoming with photo

Sir Chris Hoy has revealed his joy at getting his newborn son Callum home from hospital by posting a photo of the tiny baby.

The city Olympic legend and wife Sarra had welcomed Callum into the world 11 weeks early back in October, with the newborn remaining in hospital.

However, the couple this afternoon used Twitter to reveal that he had taken their son home.

“Well @SarraHoy & I received an early Xmas present this week,” Sir Chris tweeted, “wee Callum is finally home! Thanks so much for all the kind messages of support.

“And thanks to everyone in the Neonatal wards who helped him on his way. Still a long way to go but it’s great to have him home!”

Posting the photo, he added: “He may only be tiny but in this pose I can’t help but feel he looks like he’s hatching a plot for world domination!”
