City firm in Moscow deal

A CAPITAL property firm has sold a Moscow office block for €12m.

Buccleuch Property shed the seven-floor Pietro House in the heart of the Russian capital to native developers INSIGMA Pietro House.

The building, in Moscow’s central business district, was bought by Buccleuch Property in March 2008 and is leased to a mix of local and multinational tenants including Turkish Airlines, Denton Wilde Sapte and Mannesmann Instrument.
