College bags retail experts

Senior figures from the retail industry will share their expertise to help mark the 50th anniversary of Livingston.

West Lothian College is hosting the free lecture to highlight the economy’s reliance on the retail sector, which employs 2000 people in the region.

Graham Hope, West Lothian Council chief executive, said: “Retail has played a major role in the last 50 years, helping build Livingston into the thriving town we know today.”
