Police have confirmed the body of a man has been found in the Water of Leith.

The body was discovered around 4pm on Sunday March 5 at Juniper Green, just off Lanark Road.

Police have confirmed the body is not that of missing man, Kenny Allan.

Officers are not treating the death as suspicious.
