Edinburgh Police charge three youths and seize motorbike in Ferniehill

Officers were responding to reports of antisocial behaviour in Ferniehill.

Edinburgh police have arrested and charged three youths after receiving reports of antisocial behaviour involving a motorbike yesterday.

Officers said the youths were on the motorbike in the Ferniehill area of the city on Tuesday morning.

A foot patrol managed to trace the trio, who were arrested and charged. Details of the charges are not yet known.

Police said they have seized the motorbike.

Tweeting about the incident, Edinburgh Police said: “We received reports of antisocial behaviour involving youths on a motorbike in the Ferniehill area today.

“Officers on foot patrol traced 3 youths who have been charged in relation to this incident and the motorbike has been seized.”
