In a post on Facebook she said: “Last night we saw an adult fox running about our street of Milton Road West with an arrow sticking out of its hind quarters. It was clearly distressed and had left the street by the time we got out to look for it.
“We don’t feed them but they regularly come through our garden and one had a cub recently.
“I have reported this to the Scottish SSPCA and they have the details, should you see the fox please contact them in the hope that they can help.”
