A Church organ has been left with thousands of pounds worth of damage after being vandalised.
Police in East Lothian are investigating the incident of vandalism at Prestonkirk Church in East Linton.
The incident happened between 11pm on Wednesday, July 2, and 10.30am on Thursday, July 3, when the suspects entered the church and bent and removed several of the organ pipes.
The damage is estimated to be around £7000.
Police are keen to trace those responsible and are asking for anyone who was in the area at the time or who noticed anything suspicious at the beginning of June to contact Police Scotland.
Inspector Ian Mackay said: “This act of vandalism has caused significant damage to the church organ. Anyone with information that can assist with our inquiries is asked to contact police on 101.”
