Curtain’s up on theatre shows
TICKETS are now on sale for Brunton Theatre’s Fringe programme.
The summer events will include a performance by BBC Transatlantic Sessions trio Michael McGoldrick, John McCusker and John Doyle, on August 7.
There will be rod and shadow puppets, accompanied by live music and percussion, from Garlic Theatre on August 9.

Folk rock band The Picts and Blazin’ Fiddles will also take to the stage in Musselburgh.
On August 19, The Mother of all Burns, a musical drama by Bafta- winning playwright Andrew Dallmeyer, will depict the life of Robert Burns, as seen through the eyes of his mother Agnes Broun.
Leith folk singer-songwriter Dick Gaughan will perform on August 24.
