Delays on M8 motorway after person falls from bridge
A section of the M8 motorway has been brought to a standstill after a person fell from an overhead bridge onto the road.
The incident forced the closure of both lanes between Junction 27 Arkleston and Junction 28 Glasgow Airport at approximately 2.30pm but all lanes are now open.
Traffic remains slow-moving in the westbound direction. Emergency services remain in attendance.
