Directory for the disabled

The 2012 edition of the Directory for Disabled People Living in Midlothian will be launched today.

It will be unveiled at an event at Loanhead Miners Club – Towards a Good Life, Towards an Equal Life – organised by the Forward Mid disability forum.

More than 60 people are expected to come together to develop a three-year action plan for disabled people’s services in the county.

The directory aims to help those with disabilities access the services needed to live more full lives.
