MUSIC legend Elvis Costello is coming to the Capital for a one-off gig later this year.
The English singer-songwriter will take to the stage at the Usher Hall on October 18.
It is one of a number of gigs planned to mark the centenary of the venue, with other acts including Rufus Wainwright and Edinburgh’s own Nina Nesbitt.
Mark Mackie, of Regular Music, said: “We’re thrilled to have this iconic singer and songwriter in Edinburgh.”
Tickets go on sale tomorrow.
