THE Constitution Bar in Leith continues to provide the port with a comedy central this weekend, as Mirth of Forth Comedy bring three new shows to the Constitution Street pub.

Part of the Leith Festival, tonight sees Susie McCabe present her latest show, Tourist Misinformation, a funny look at weird holiday obsessions and habits. From the hell of family holidays to city breaks and honeymoons, McCabe examines the imperialistic attitudes that often occur when people leave their island nation for two weeks of sun, while sporting a pair of cargo pants, a vest top and sunstroke.

Tomorrow, it’s the turn of Evening News columnist Susan Morrison (pictured), who along with Bob Graham, will introduce a bumper bill of headliners and support acts.

Finally, on Sunday, the ‘slightly wicked godmother of Scottish comedy,’ Janey Godley stars in Oh My Godley. Current affairs, politics and stories so outrageous they are barely believable are par for the course for the over-friendly cleaner with the razor-sharp wit.
