Ferry Road closed due to police incident

Ferry Road has been closed due to a police incident.

It is understood a collision at around 8:40am which has resulted in the road closure.

Drivers can divert via Pennywell Road with bus diversions also in place.

Lothian buses are unable to serve Ferry Road at Drylaw Police Station and are instead diverted via Granton Access Road, West Granton Road and Pennywell Road in both directions until further notice.

The 21 and 29 service are back to normal route at Ferry Road, with the 27 and 37 remaining on diversion for the time being with police directing traffic.
