Films promote fostering drive

A LOTHIANS council has launched new films to promote fostering.

One of the films – Midlothian Children Need Midlothian Carers – sees carers urge others to come forward for the role.

Midlothian Council released promotional material, including the DVDs and a radio advert campaign, to help mark the launch of Fostercare Fortnight.

Across the UK, a child comes in to care and needs a foster family every 22 minutes.
