A firm grasp of history

A TOP boss at Historic Scotland has been announced as a guest speaker at a networking business lunch next week.

Ruth Parsons, chief executive of the national heritage body, will address an audience at The Scottish Whisky Society on Queen Street alongside Manuela Calchini, Visit Scotland’s regional partnerships director.

The delegates will speak before a two-course lunch is served with wine and coffee.

The event runs from noon until 2pm.
