Teaming some of his family’s traditional cooking methods with his flair for modern Italian cuisine, Chef Mattia will deliver an easy, informative step-by-step demonstration to take your cooking to the next level and give you the confidence to create the traditional Italian dish at home.
You will be greeted with prosecco and canapés before Mattia takes you through a one-hour masterclass on creating the perfect Italian classic, risotto bianco.
