Garden awards bloom

A SERIES of homeowners have been commended for their gardens at a city awards ceremony.

Marchmont and Sciennes Community Council handed out 17 different awards at its front and container gardens competition.

Livingstone Place was the most successful street, with three different householders managing to scoop an award.
