Gee-geed up for cup

RACE-goers have been getting in the spirit ahead of Musselburgh Racecourse’s richest prize – the Edinburgh Cup – which takes place in June.

Ian Hendry and Glen Ormston took to their hobby horses as it was revealed the race will pay out more than £160,000 in prize money.

Crowds of around 7500 are expected in Musselburgh on Saturday, June 2, as the event coincides with the Queen’s diamond jubilee weekend.
