A HISTORIC house in the Capital will host a show next month put on by local young people.

As part of the National Trust for Scotland’s pARTicipate project, the group will stage Scenes from a Georgian House for three nights beginning on December 7.

The project is aimed at boosting interest in historic buildings in Edinburgh through arts initiatives.

Tickets for the event at the Georgian House, in Charlotte Square, are priced £5.

A spokesman said: “The Georgian House will come alive with imaginative scenes and characters inspired by and performed in this magnificent house written, directed and performed by local young people.

“It is to encourage the public to engage with an NTS property.”
