Hearts forward Steven Naismith called into Scotland squad
The Swansea City striker withdrew through injury and national coach Alex McLeish wasted no time calling in Naismith after his impressive start to the season.
The 31-year-old has scored seven goals in eight games between the Betfred Cup and Ladbrokes Premiership, including Saturday's treble in the 4-1 destruction of St Mirren at Tynecastle Park.

Hide AdNaismith's last Scotland cap was back in March 2017 against Slovenia. He is now hoping to add to his tally of international appearances as Scotland prepare for a friendly against Belgium on Friday and a UEFA Nations League match with Albania on Monday. Both games are at Hampden Park.
