Hero Lothian bus driver helps member of the public tackle car fire
A Lothian bus driver has been praised on social media after an onlooker captured the moment he aided a driver.
The driver of the bus on the 38 route gave his fire extinguisher to a driver after his BMW went up in flames.
Taking to social media, Matt Ayling tweeted: “I would like to praise the driver of bus 125 route 38 who gave his fire extinguisher to a member of the public who’s BMW went up in flames.”
He also shared two images, one showing the extinguisher in use, and the other when the extinguisher ran out.
