Housing staff set to dig in

STAFF from Dunedin Canmore Group are to help create a flower garden and lawn for a group of older men with mental health problems living in a home in Leith.

The home is managed by mental health charity Health in Mind in partnership with Dunedin Canmore, and provides long-term accommodation and support to nine men.

Malcolm Chisholm MSP will be providing encouragement to the staff on Friday. He said: “It really is fantastic that staff are willing to give up their time to help turn a piece of waste land into a garden, where the men can sit out or go for a stroll.”
