‘Imagination’ event at zoo

Edinburgh Zoo will host an “imagination workshop” for children and families next Wednesday morning.

The event, which runs from 11am until 3pm, is one of a regular series of activities sessions, which each include different themed arts and crafts, ranging from animal puppets to potato paw prints.

Sessions being run later in the summer will feature activities to mark the Queen’s diamond jubilee and Father’s Day, and visits from the children’s entertainer, Jo Jingles, who runs song, dance and music sessions.

Entry to the session is free with admission to the zoo.
