Join in veg swap plot

A SWAP shop for surplus homegrown goodies is being held this Saturday in Musselburgh.

Growers are invited to bring spare produce from their garden or allotments to exchange with others at the community food event in Fisherrow Yacht Club from 10am.

A spokesperson said: “We also have a variety of people coming to talk to us about what we need to know and do if we want to set up allotments, community gardens and orchards.”
