Kirsty Maxwell family lawyer to query mobile recordings

THE family of Kirsty Maxwell, who fell to her death during a hen party in Benidorm, believe her last moments may have been caught on camera.

Lawyers say police did not examine mobiles owned by five men who were staying in a tenth-floor apartment from which the 27-year-old, from Livingston, fell on April 29.

Police in Spain believe she either fell accidentally or jumped from the balcony.

Kirsty’s husband Adam said: “We have been told that two independent sources have suggested a video was recorded.

“But it is far from clear whether the men’s phones were examined. Our lawyer will be taking this up with authorities.”

One man was questioned by police but was released and returned home to the UK.
